Levy Cohen is a seasoned technologist with extensive experience leading technology-driven companies both in Silicon Valley and Israel. Levy is passionate about building strong product and service-oriented user experiences, and has a focus on research and development of innovative computer science and blockchain technologies. Prior to founding Wellfield Technologies, Levy was involved in the blockchain world as a founder of Seamless Logic Software, a venture developing innovative decentralized protocols. Levy also has extensive experience in the worlds of banking and payment technologies, including digital wallets and B2B payments.

Chanan Steinhart

Chief Strategy and Business Development

Chanan Steinhart is a tech CEO, speaker, and author who has spent two decades at the forefront of emerging consumer-product technology. Prior to founding MoneyClip. Chanan was the founder and CEO of disruptive technology companies in both Israel and Silicon Valley, leading three businesses from startup to scale and exit.

Ed Zabar

Director

Mr. Ed Zabar is a serial entrepreneur and fintech executive with over 25 years in technology, finance, and management. He founded and served as CEO of Verif-y Inc. (since 2017), a privacy-focused digital identity verification platform that enables secure credentialing and onboarding for financial services, governments, and enterprises.

Mr. Zabar Co-founded and exited two tech startups (Solve and Vglue). Worked as a consultant at PwC and Goldman Sachs, then Executive VP at ViewTrade Securities, while significantly growing their revenues. Mr. Zabar also held Managing Director roles at National Capital Companies, Oberon Securities (also COO/CTO), and Head of TMT at Fairmount Partners, specializing in M&A and funding for tech/media firms. Mr. Zabar also served as the CEO of Switch Concepts (UK digital ad firm), restoring profitability and preparing for sale.

Mr. Zabar holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and BS in Finance/IT from NYU Stern. 

John Parker

Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years of leadership, as a former business owner, CFO, General Manager and Director, Mr. Parker brings a highly developed suite of leadership skills and abilities when working with entrepreneurs and management teams. John developed enhanced financial reporting processes, key performance indicators and Balanced Scorecard to drive businesses forward for profitable growth. In the past, Mr. Parker has supported clients with raising equity and debt financing to grow companies and achieve strategic goals. Mr. Parker brings over 25 years of governance experience, and has been a director, treasurer, Chair of Audit and Finance Committees for private and public companies along with Not-for-Profit entities.

Yishai Steinhart

Yishai Steinhart is the CTO and VP R&D of Wellfield Technologies. He is responsible for exploring future technologies and integrating them into the product line. Yishai had worked at Apple, iImpact, Digilabs & Bridebox before co-founding MoneyClip. With over 30 years of experience in both Israel and Silicon Valley, Yishai has shipped multiple products that were used by millions of customers. Yishai holds a BA in Computer Science & Economics and an MBA.

Brian Lock

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Lock is a CPA/CA with 10 years experience in public accounting, with a focus on assurance and corporate finance. Prior to co-founding MoneyClip, Brian was an early digital currency investor and blockchain startup advisor.
